Your email. Your dog's file — the name, age, weight, vibe, notes, and photo you give us. Your messages in the notebook. Your plan and shipping address. Basic product events (a signup happened, a box shipped) on our own infrastructure — no third-party ad trackers on this site.

Stripe handles billing. Your card number never touches our servers — we store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference, nothing more.

AI Emma's replies are drafted by an AI model using your dog's file and your conversation — a model built on Bark's endless data, with a touch of real-life dog owner Emma. Health questions and anything the AI shouldn't guess at wait for a person at Breeds before they send. Your conversation is used to run the notebook — not to train anyone's models.

Processors only, each doing one job: Supabase hosts the data, Stripe runs billing, Resend sends the email, Anthropic powers the AI replies. We don't sell data. We don't share it for advertising.

Transactional only right now — sign-in links, box notices, Emma's replies. No marketing list.

Write to emma@barkbreeds.com to see what we hold or to delete your account. Deletion removes the profile, the notebook, and the photos.

This is the founding-cohort version. It will grow up before a wider launch; the date at the top tells you which version you're reading.
