What you're signing up for.

No fine print at the bottom. The fine print is the whole section.

Pricing: $38 / month. One plan, billed monthly. Shipping included in the US.
Billing: Charged once a month, the day your box ships — not the day you sign up. The first box ships with the next cohort.
Cancellation: Email and we'll close the plan after the box you've already been charged for ships. We've never made anyone fight to leave.
Skip a month: One tap from the Notebook. Useful when you're traveling, or the toy basket has reached structural capacity.
If they don't love it: Tell us in the Notebook. We swap it next month for something else. No restocking fee, no email loop.
Your data: See it, fix it, or delete it: email echadwick@barkbox.com for your dog's file, notebook messages, photos, or account. Privacy in general is covered by BARK's own policy: Read BARK's privacy policy →.
AI Emma: AI Emma is an AI assistant, not a veterinarian, and she doesn't give medical advice. On anything health related, she answers right away, points you to your vet, and flags the thread to a human teammate who reviews it after it sends. A reply that comes back broken goes to a person too.
